On 11/30/2010, I received an email with tracking information indicating delivery on 12/6/2010. Nothing was delivered on that date. On 11/9/2010, I emailed the seller and the reply was the cartridge was out of stock, so my money would be refunded. With service like this, I recommend no one ever use this seller. AllTonerSale's Response: We feel bad regarding to this issue as well since the package could not be located. When customer messages us we were out of stock and could not ship another one in timely matter. Refund was processed right away. Hopefully we could do more to make you happy.	Overall Rating
