When I emailed them to ask them why they had not shipped it they never replied. After two weeks I got my item but this is poor customer service. I would not buy from them again. Pro Therapy Supplies's Response: We deeply apologize for all the inconvenience. We had change our whole company system which cause a hiccup on our service. We are back to normal.
