Shipped without original adapters as advertised (but compatible adapter from another manufacturer was included). Seller was unresponsive; it took almost two weeks to get answers/explanation. Seller explained that product was NOT under manufacturer's warranty. However it works properly, and it was 2/3 the cost of new retail product. I just wish the seller would advertise truthfully. The interchangeable ear buds listed in the product description were not included. The instruction manual is a photocopy of the original and has ball point pen doodling marks on it. This was not advertised as a “bulk packaging” sale. This seller includes a note in the package that leaving a five star review will enter you in a drawing for $350.00.
