Claimed "Like New" for some earbuds that had clearly been worn extensively and were cosmetically damaged. I immediately returned them at my own expense. Tony would not respond to repeated, polite email requests for a refund. After 2 weeks of asking nicely I forced the issue by opening a dispute through PayPal. He finally issued a refund, but needless to say, I would not recommend buying from Tony.	Overall Rating

Three of the worst thing a seller can be on the internet. Seller misrepresented the item being sold as a Windows game when in fact it was a VISTA game and would not play on my computer. Repeatedly contacted seller to exchange game. Seller said he could play game on his computer. That does me no good because I can’t use his computer. Seller has refused request for refund. I lost $19.99, no big deal but you should be aware of how uncooperative he is and how willing he is to cheat you when he can. He is very unresponsive to inquires. When the World of Warcraft Battlechest arrived from seller, it didn't have a valid and working Authentication (serial) Key. Seller emailed me a 2nd Authentication Key, which also didn't work. After 4 more email attempts, 1 voicemail, and 1 more phone call (no voicemail available), I have yet to receive a response from seller. What gives?!? I was so impressed with the majority of customer reviews, I though for sure it would go fine - but it hasn't. What's going on??????????????	Overall Rating

Still, the Kaspersky software I bought had a Best Buy license rather than a standard retail/ commercial one. This was not stated anywhere in the item description. After a few weeks, the software stopped working and I had no way to re-activate it, so I called Best Buy. According to Best Buy, the versions he (tony25b) sells are SUPPOSED to be purchased from Best Buy directly for proper activation to occur. I brought this to the attention of the seller, but he neglected to respond. Good thing I only spent $10. I'll never do business with tony25b again.	Overall Rating

The item works fine for my needs but a more recent model/firmware was expected. For a home wireless router it works good. It does have "T-Mobile" labels on it as this model was intended to support T-Mobile cell phone signal rebroadcast (which I don't need).	Overall Rating
