If you check this company ratings this same situation has happened numerous times to others buyers you can see it in the comment section. I ordered a PS3 game and I got the XBOX version. I contacted ZhingZhing many times with no response from them. I contacted PriceGrabber and they said to deal with ZhingZhing. ZhingZhing told me that they would send me out the right product and get me a return tag for the wrong one. This never happened ZhingZhing claimed UPS came to my home. However, UPS which always leaves a slip if they miss you never left one. I called UPS and they never had a package for me. I contacted ZhingZhing and they told me that I should pay to send the wrong to them. I refused since I ordered the right product and got the wrong product through no fault of my own. The only way I got my money back is through a complaint to my credit card company, which concluded that I was justified in my complaint. ZhingZhing's Response: UPS tried to pick up the wrong item and the buyer would not exchange the item!!! The buyer tried to keep both products for the price of one. THIS PERSON IS RUNNING THE SCAM	Overall Rating

Seller shipped me a XBOX 360 version of game instead of PS3 version of the game I ordered. I contacted seller and he does not respond to any of my emails. My next step will be filing a claim with pricegrabber. UPDATE 2/16/10 I still have not heard from the seller and he has removed the item since my posting. ZhingZhing's Response: Sent a call tag with UPS and the customer would not exchange the item. Problem was that the UPC item was mixed up.	Overall Rating
