My original order placed 5-15-08 was not shipped for another 10 days until I inquired as to its whereabouts. Then I was sent the wrong item. I returned the item on 6-10-08 and SonicMarts received it on 6-12-08. I had to enquire on 6-23-08 as to the status of my refund to which I received a phone call saying they would reship. I declined and once again requested a FULL refund. As of today 7-15-08 I STILL do not have my refund. Use extreme caution when dealing with this Company.	Overall Rating
