I am sorry for the trouble". I am also sorry :o( CELLTRONICS's Response: We advertise a product and we can not guarantee that it will work with any other camera butthe one that it is inteded to. As both my wife and I work, so we were never able to sign for the product. We requested to have a neighbor sign for it, but FedEx could not allow that due to the restriction required by Cellpoint. This was a big hassle for us. CELLTRONICS's Response: We sent the package overnight via FedEx at no extra cost to you. All packages must be signed in order for us to be able to insure the package. He shipped immediately, upgraded the shipping and responded quickly to my e-mail. The item shipped, however, was not the version advertised . He did offer a price adjustment, that I accepted, with the explanation that the item shipped from a warehouse. It took several e-mails to track down where the refund went because I paid by credit card without logging in to paypal and the refund went to paypal.	Overall Rating
