I didn't know what refurbished software was. Since software comes on a CD I expected the package/box was taped-up, or something. Not as expected. It was disks only. And, with a product totally new to me like voice recognition software, I was expecting a booklet or manual. Would I have bought if I had known this? Probably. Would I buy from this vendor again? Probably. Purchase OK. Shipping OK A&R Distributors's Response: Our Listing CLEARLY STATED and still does that this product comes in a 2 CD Set with no retail box and manual is on CD. This listing was NOT under the refurbished category so we dont understand the confusion on the customers part. Contacted manufacturer (Nuance) with serial number, was told this serial number had been registered before, and that what I had been sent was pirated software. A&R Distributors's Response: We shipped Software that was brand new in retail box and factory sealed. We buy directly from a wholesale distributor and do not resell 'pirated' software of any kind. We guarantee all sales 100% and will gladly refund or replace software if there are any discrepancies. Please allow us the opportunity to resolve any problems. It was shabby, made out of a box which was received from DisneyStores (it had a previous shipment sticker on it when I received it) in the seller's name. And above all my camera box was put in the bigger box without any foam / bubble wrap. I was worried before opening the box for any damage that might have happened due to such cheap packaging. A&R Distributors's Response: We shipped this package in a larger box as a added measure of protection to the original packaging which was more than adequate to prevent damage. yes, we used a recycled box for the extra protection which is not uncommon by retail merchants. The extra layer of protection was done as a courtesy and we apologize if it appeared 'shabby' by use of recycled packaging which is better for our environment.	Overall Rating
