Never buy from this people again. THINKPADZ's Response: This is the first time we have heard from this buyer. He posted this one star review when we shipped the EXACT product he ordered and described within 24 hours of ordereing. We have not heard from this buyer at all regarding any problem with this item or this transaction. This was in fact a 100% brand new product with a full warranty. If there is any problem whatsoever please contact us so we can resolve this. Any battery issues will be immediately taken care of by Lenovo no questions asked.	Overall Rating

THINKPADZ's Response: Thanks for your purchase and 4 star review. As you know, there are limited choices in couriers and quite honestly, FedEx in our experience is the most reliable. I'm sorry that you missed your delivery twice (Thursday/Friday), but you did get your delivery on Saturday, something UPS or DHL would have held till Monday. It's unfair to hold us responsible for missing your delivery/courier issues when we shipped the Thinkpad the same day you ordered & used a reliable courier. No courier is perfect.	Overall Rating
