When the merchant provides no mailing address, phone number, e-mail, or web-site and you attempt to contact the merchant through price-grabber and you get no response, you will do what I am doing and rate this guy as low as it can go. My attempt to contact was straightforward and polite, but I can see from how this guy responds to negative ratings that he'll piece together some kind of song and dance. If you get a product that's working, great!, but if you don't you'll be in a swamp.	Overall Rating

There was no shipping material with return information in the bix so I had to search and then contact PriceGrabber who then sent me to Cybershops for help. Cybershops sent me an email with the return address but no offer to pay for return shipping. I won't buy from Cybershops again. This was a bad first experience. Cybershops's Response: Toaster came Brand New and was Retail Packed/Sealed directly from Manufacturer. Unit was tested to be in optimal working condition upon receiving its return.	Overall Rating

Dont care what the seller has to say cause half the stuff is made up and/or from a lack of knowledge 1- Refurbs come in REFURBISHED box and NOT the original box 2- The remote IS a Philips remote put there by PHILIPS 3- Philips scratches off ALL serial numbers when refurbishing,ASK B4 rating 4- Refurbished=used, scratch or 2=Savings 5- You feel bad call Philips & tell them to print manuals instead of FREE online	Overall Rating

Playstation itself was in good condition but was clearly marked that it could have been remanufactured product. Something I was not made aware of before I purchased it. Cybershops's Response: The item still had the SONY seal on it! we sold over 500 on 4 different web sites, it takes only a pricegrabber customer to claim that there was something wrong with it ??? Also you bought the BUNDLE, you can not save anymore than this on a BUNDLE, next time buy the unit itself and you would have saved the 60.00 with us too but after all if you made a mistake on 'not buying the cheapest' do you have to blame the seller for everything? It did not come in the original box, or with any documentation. I came in a small cardbord box with the camera and a CD, and you could even tell the twisty tie was opened before. Ok it does work and I could not see any damage and I like the camera, but I bought it as a gift, so I am not happy. While the price was good, it was only a few bucks cheaper than a sale I missed at staples for the same product which was new. I have this same Kitchen Aide 12 cup Food Processor at our home in Canada and I love it. Kitchen Aide is far superior to Cuisinart. I rarely order anything on line but was impressed with this service and product so will not hesitate to use them again. I found the website by accident and feel very fortunate.
