I have to admit that my order came really quick; however I received a REFURBISHED product and it works really poorly. First of all, the product came in an envelope without its box and the manual. It is true that that the charger looked new, however the bluuetooth itself had numerous scratch on it, and the part which goes into your ear was so dirty. I still have it at my house and I only used twice since I got it. I am so disappointed. I only wish I receiced a brand new product, WHICH WAS PROMISED BY MISTYELECTONICS, and the only reason why i did not rerturn it is because I just want to save myself the headache. I would still welcome an exchange if Mistyelectronics is willing to to that, otherwise, shame on Mistyelectronics. pricegrabber must be careful of the companies that they are promoting. Remember, customer satisfaction must come first. This is the first business ethic of all business.	Overall Rating

The company quickly responded to my email and sent me the correct item in a few days. They also sent me prepaid postage to send back the other item with no expense to me. Despite the fact that the wrong item was sent the company quickly fixed the problem with almost no inconvenience to me. Things go wrong but the quality of a company is how they fix things. I charged it for over a day and it never worked. I contacted mistyelectronics and describe the issue on a sunday and Monday morning I was sent a new headset. Upon arrival of this new headset, I was a little skeptical, however, this headsets is working out well. It's small, comfortable, and I'm able to hear while driving on freeways.	Overall Rating

I'm not sure if this was a mistake or part of a scam attempt, but considering I've never heard of this company, I'm going with the attempted scam. Thankfully, Targus was able to help me out and give me a free download of the driver. If it wasn't for that, I would have been very upset with my decision to buy from mistyelectronics. I ordered a refurbished Verizon Treo 650 which arrived in very poor condition. Not only was it very worn but it was also broken. I returned this at my own expense even though it was their fault for sending bad merchandise. They then sent me a Sprint treo 650 which I can't use. So I will end up spending $50 with this company to not receive what I have ordered. Buyers be ware! The price was great and I was excited about purchasing the cable. Instead I received a HDMI to DVI cable. I contacted the seller and returned the item. I was then told that there were no more HDMI to HDMI cable. The reason I'm upset is that it seems the seller made a mistake in pricing for the HDMI to HDMI cable. Since they made the mistake, I thought like any other store to offer that cable at the price I was promised. mistyelectronics's Response: I only wish that were the case. Indeed we made a mistake in the model, in fact we sold five before we realized the mistake. I only wish we had the correct one to give to this buyer,I would have offered it free. We refunded all,including shipping, but I guess that wasn't enough. We did screw up, and as we did not have the right one, all we could do is refund in full, which we did the same day it came back.
