They made me feel like it was my fault i received the wrong item! I pruchased zalman headphones they told me they "do not sell zalman,they sell MM gear headphones and if i had read their statement on their website I would have known that". And they will not refund me my money! Surroundware's Response: Dear customer, as you mentioned here, we don't sell Zalman headphone, we do sell MM Gear headphone and this is stated on our product details. Thus, you, according to our record, were told that we can not replace this to Zalman headphone, and you may have refund after charging some restocking fees because your case is not the wrong item received. And we sent you RMA number for your return. There was no saying like we won't refund your money. We regret that we couldn't make you fully satisfied.	Overall Rating

When I attempted to return the unit, I was told I would not only pay shipping, which I expected, but that I would also pay a 20% restocking fee, which is outrageous. I decided to sell the unit on ebay instead. Newegg.com and other high volume computer part online stores have never (in my experierience) charged such a restocking fee. I am happy with the 5.1 surround headphones. Surroundware's Response: We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with one of our products we are selling. Regarding the return, please understand that we do not charge anything for defective merchandises, but we have to charge some fees for some other reasons. And those fees may differ from retailers as they sell at different price. Moreover, your requesting to return sound card only from the package is hardly acceptable for us. Anyway, we are sorry not to make you fully satisfied with our products and services.	Overall Rating
