I received the computer about 3 weeks after I ordered it, just in time for my daughters birthday. The wireless card that I was supposed to receive with it, was not included. When I opened up the laptop I saw a post it note saying if the battery doesn't work contact me for a replacement. So I did, because the battery doesn't even charge. I have to have the laptop plugged in for it to work. It's almost 2 months later, no response to emails from seller, and still NO wireless card or new battery.	Overall Rating

The website that AOL provided me to cancel this order with you is no longer in existance. How to I reach someone or some computer to cance this order? Sorry for the delay, the holidays are crazy for our business and the Wii systems are flying off the shelf. If you tried to find them in the crazy retail stores (Target, Toys R uS, etc.) you understand. This should hae shipped by now. Please let me check my shipping department and get the tracking number. Seller ignores 90% of email queries. Even the good computer did not have a LAN port as advertised. On the good side, seller upgraded system from 400mhz to 650mhz, and upgraded cd to dvd player. I would not enter into another transaction with seller, nor would I recommend to a friend. Atleast I was not robbed. MJ Tully Enterprises's Response: We never sell broken or untested computers, all of our systems are from corporations. However, some systems are damaged in shipping. We try our best with limited staff of a ma & pa shop to respond to all email questions as soon as we can. We only sell quality products and will often provide a free upgrade in the event of an unsatisfied customer in order to make up for any frustrated customers.
