I have emailed seller 4 times requesting info and now just called with no response from seller. would not recommend this seller to anyone...very unprofessional way to conduct business. GotTheLatest's Response: We notified the customer within 48 hours that the part they ordered was backordered and would take a couple of weeks to get back in to stock. We gave the option of canceling the order or keeping the backorder. We received no reply. Then we received an email from the customer, that we responded to the next business day, stating they had tried to contact us many times. This was the 1st correspondence we got. We canceled the order as requested and there was never a charge to their card.	Overall Rating

You get 2 days to return the merchandise, but it took them 4 days to respond and they did so only after I responded to a donotreply automated e-mail I saved from them. Shipping was free, but I had to pay to send it back, not such a bargain after all. GotTheLatest's Response: As stated in our terms, "We have a 14 day return policy on all items". Then, once you receive your return authorization, you have an additional 10 days to return the item. We are unsure where the customer got a 2 day time frame from. We try to process all returns within 2 days. Unfortunately, we sometimes fall a day or 2 behind when very busy. All return info is on the item page and on our invoices. I ordered a blueant V12 LCD bluetooth Headset from GotTheLatest' store and my credit card was immediately debited for the agreed upon amount of $47.95 ...to date there has been no delivery of product or contact from them except for a UPS tracking number which informs me the product was never sent to UPS....I contacted pricegrabber via email (only option..no phone contact available )who referred me back to GotTheLatest' via their sales@gotthelatest link...after a day they responded simply by saying they will contact UPS and see what's up...this has been 36 hours plus..no response since..( UPS must be very hard to reach like them I guess) Update ! after posting this review..I recieved an email with a new tracking number and the product eventualy arrived..it was both "defective and used" minus a user manual or ear miffs'...the battery drains quickly as well. they asked to send me a new product a few days after I shared this with them via email and I have since completed their returns/replacement form online...as requested. Four (4 ) days later,no response....once again folks SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK ! here's their contact No. (888)475-3104 GotTheLatest's Response: The product was ordered on Sunday 2/17 and was shipped the next day, Monday 2/18. Unfortunately it seems that there was a shipping issue. The customer contacted us on 2/28 to let us know of the problem. We contacted UPS that same day and they got back to us on 3/3 saying the pkg was lost. We offered to ship another immediately at no cost via expedited shipping. We didnt know there was a problem until the customer told us. We replied the same day as we were contacted. Where is the problem here?	Overall Rating
